Since Altium Designer works only on Windoze, I had to use the Windoze version of ISE. Nevertheless, I have tried the Linux version and I can say it is much worse (since it does not keep up to date with new kernels (as pretty much every close source application).

Anyways, I run Altium Designer and ISE in a virtual machine (virtualbox) with XP.
